Merciful and Mighty God, Creator of heaven and earth.

Lord I know I have sinned against You, please forgive me and help me to forgive others.

With Your help I am turning away from my sins and unbelief and coming to You.

I believe that You raised Jesus from the dead and that He ascended to heaven and will someday return.

I am asking you to save me, and I am asking Jesus to come into my heart.

Now Jesus by faith I am accepting You as my Savior, and I believe I am saved as you promised.

I ask dear Father that You would fill me with Your Holy Spirit and lead me the rest of my life.
